This is a retreat for those 21+. Most attendees of Book&Gather are between 21-45 years old.

Your reservation is final and non-refundable. However, reservations may be transferred to another guest if you are no longer able to attend.

I’m glad you asked! You will be asked to provide your dietary preferences and restrictions when you reserve your spot. This will help inform the private chef of their menu, and will help us order the appropriate groceries. I will reach out to you individually for some assistance if needed to make sure you get the food you would need!

The most accessible airport to Destin is Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport. Plan for transportation to and from the house. It’s about a half hour drive, and I anticipate many will want to carpool!

There will be a group chat created closer to event date, so that attendees can coordinate shared rides and arrival times, as desired.

Transportation during the weekend to and from locations offsite is included in programming.

The beach is a block away, and there are bikes available at the house.

Yes! Upon booking, all guests are required to complete a survey within 48 hours. Each guest - including those booked under a shared reservation - must individually acknowledge the guest policy before their reservation is confirmed. The policy includes:

• Code of Conduct Agreement

Yes, alcohol on site is permitted. While alcohol is permitted, illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises at all times.
